    NRHA Million Dollar Rider

    Dell has been involved with horses his entire life.  He started riding reining horses in 1990.  Dell, his wife Terri, and their son Jimmy run a first-class breeding and training operation out of their facility in Tioga, Texas. In 2005, Dell joined the reining horse industry’s elite ranks as he became the 6th person in the history of the National Reining Horse Association to earn over $1 Million Dollars in the show pen. He now has NRHA Lifetime Earnings in excess of $1,667,000.00.

    Taking time from his busy show schedule, Dell has served the NRHA membership as a Board member since 1998, was an Elected Board member since 2003, and served as NRHA President in 2006. He continues to be an active member of the NRHA, sitting on the NRHA Aged Events Committee and the Ineligibility Committees during 2015. Dell is also a National Reining Breeders Classic Board Member and has been active in the United States Equestrian Federation since its inception in reining in 1999.

        All Around Horseman

        Dell Hendricks has built his career around a true and never ending passion for being an all around horseman, and a simple love of horses. In addition to his skills in the reining pen, Dell trains a number of roping horses each year, and has been increasingly successful in team roping competition. He is a popular clinician, and is hired to conduct several clinic around the world each year. Additionally, he has coached many non pro and youth reiners to wins, and served as Chef d’ Equipe for the Gold Medal winning at the 2013 NAJYRC Reining Championships.
